Founded by Carol and Phil Baily, the winery is celebrated for its exceptional Bordeaux varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.
The winery spans 29 acres across four distinct vineyard locations, each contributing unique varietals to their wine offerings.
Known for its commitment to quality, Baily Winery offers a unique tasting experience with two tasting rooms and a wine club, the Baily Cellar Rats.
Visitors can enjoy a selection of fine wines and dining options at Carol’s Restaurant, making it a cherished destination for wine enthusiasts.
Tasting Hours
Visit for a special FREE tasting of Reserve wines on the last Saturday of each month. Reservations recommended but not essential.
