ADEA Wines, located in Gaston, Oregon, is a family-owned winery that began as a serious hobby for the Fisher family. Founded in 2002, the winery focuses on producing wines that express the unique terroir of Oregon.
ADEa sources grapes from esteemed vineyards across various AVAs, including Yamhill-Carlton District, Dundee Hills, Chehalem Mountains, and McMinnville. Approximately 90% of their production is dedicated to Pinot Noir, with limited offerings of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
The winery prides itself on meticulous attention to detail from harvest to bottling, ensuring each wine reflects the distinct characteristics of its origin. Family involvement is significant, with Erica serving as the assistant winemaker and the grandchildren actively participating during harvest.
