6 Mile Cellars

Historic barn setting with small-batch craftsmanship

Best known for: Handmade wines and ciders from local vineyards

6 Mile Cellars is a boutique winery located in Harborcreek, Pennsylvania. It serves as the 'West Gate' of the Lake Erie Wine Trail.

The winery is housed in a repurposed horse barn that is over 100 years old. They focus on small batches of high-quality wines and hard ciders.

They source fruit from local vineyards within the Lake Erie AVA, and their winemaking team creates unique and flavorful combinations.

The Towell family, with a long history in the region, partnered with Pat Walsh to establish the winery. It is now known for favorites like Derby Red and Honey Badger Cider.

Open from Wednesday to Sunday, 6 Mile Cellars offers a welcoming atmosphere for wine enthusiasts to enjoy their diverse selection.
